Auditing of financial statements is required for every company’s general meetings. Due to continuous changes to financial regulations, auditing remains an important process for every company.
Companies are required to present a copy of the annual financial statements presented at the Annual General Meeting of the company and directors and auditors’ reports, within 42 days from the end of the period for submitting annual financial statements to the general meeting, to the Registrar of Companies at the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA).
Our partners, qualified auditors and tax consultants, take a focused approach towards audit, keeping ongoing communications with you to ensure you are informed and in control of all the stages of the preparation work so that you will be able to ask any questions you might have, and ultimately we provide a consistent and transparent financial report.
